Growing numbers of local churches no longer perceive missions simply as sending individuals and finances to mission organizations. They long to do missions in a way that will engage their whole congregation, using the passions, skills, and resources God has given them to make an eternal impact on the world.
Through our 3D process, we help churches discover, design, and deploy the unique gifts
and calling God has given them to strategically participate in the Great Commission. Your
dedicated coach will spend 5-7 months helping you find the unifying vision God has given
your church to engage the whole congregation in making disciples of all nations.

Discover
First, we help establish a biblical foundation for your church’s
missions mandate, assessing your present efforts, and
seeking the Lord’s direction for the global outreach of your
church. Together, we’ll discover and articulate a unique
missions vision that will align with God’s heart for the nations
and compel your church to action.
Design
Then, we’ll begin to develop a strategic missions plan in order
to realize your unique vision. This plan will include broad
sets of opportunities, making it possible for everyone in your
congregation to be involved. We’ll connect you with trusted
partners who will help you succeed for years to come.
Deploy
Finally, your vision is set in motion, partnerships are
established, and the whole church is mobilized. The Great Commission becomes integrated into every aspect of body life, and those who need the gospel the most will soon be invited to worship Jesus.
THE MOBILIZED CHURCH™ workshop
This two-day, highly interactive workshop features engaging presentations paired with
exercises to help unlock your church’s missions potential. After coaching churches for two
decades, we realized there were commonalities between some of the most effective and
fruitful modern-day churches and the first-century church at Antioch described in Acts 13-14.
We distilled this data into seven biblically-based keys that can help you cultivate a vibrant
missions culture at your church. After two days of lectures, breakouts, and discussions,
you’ll walk away with a 90-day action plan to help your whole congregation engage the
mission of God.
Our 2025 TMC will be held in Dallas, Texas, on February 25-26.
